Booking and Appointment Policy

A non-refundable deposit, also known as a "booking fee," is required to secure an appointment with us. The amount is determined by the specific artist based on the size and scope of your tattoo project.

Key Terms and Conditions:

- Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: The booking fee is non-refundable and cannot be transferred between artists or clients.

- Validity: The booking fee remains valid for 12 months from the date of payment.

- Application: The booking fee will be applied as a deposit toward your final session.

-  Design Communication: By paying the deposit, you confirm that you have communicated your design idea satisfactorily to the artist and have reviewed their portfolio to ensure their style aligns with your vision.

Rescheduling & Cancellations:

- You must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment to avoid losing the deposit.

- Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.

- No-shows or arriving more than 30 minutes late will also lead to deposit forfeiture.

- Clients who reschedule  three or more times for the same session may be required to pay a new deposit.

Design & Modifications:

- Minor design changes are usually accommodated; however, substantial alterations or new drafts will require an additional booking fee, which will be forfeited as compensation for design and scheduling time.

- The artist’s drawings, drafts, and concepts are the intellectual property of the artist and are typically not emailed or previewed before the appointment.

- Any large design changes discussed during the consultation may be considered a major change, potentially subjecting the client to additional fees.

Important Considerations:

Arrival Conditions: Clients must arrive on time, without the influence of drugs or alcohol, and with valid government-issued ID.

Skin Conditions: Clients should not arrive with skin conditions or symptoms that could affect the tattoo process, such as rashes, burns, or infections.

Pre-Numbing Agents: If you have applied any numbing agents, please consult with your artist beforehand, as these can impact the quality of the tattoo.

Health: Clients should inform the artist of any illness or symptoms prior to their appointment, as it may require rescheduling.

Forfeiture of Deposit:

Your deposit will be forfeited under the following circumstances:

Canceling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice.

No call/no show.

Arriving late or under the influence.

Major design changes not previously discussed.

Presence of skin conditions or symptoms affecting the procedure.

Arrival with unapproved numbing agents or without proper ID.

Communication:

Open communication with your artist is encouraged and appreciated. If issues arise, prompt notification can prevent forfeiture of your deposit.
